It is the last addition to the collection of Modus Vivendi properties and it is a listed building which has been restored with lots of love and professional know how by Yiannos Anastassiou, the owner and renowned Cyrpiot architect. As with their other buildings, Yiannos and Christiana, his wife, created a unique environment with interiors which are full of furniture, objects, art and heirlooms chosen in an eclectic way from their personal collection.
